Eligibility
COTHM has general minimum entry requirements which all students must meet before they register with us.
At the point of registration onto the first year of a degree, we require you to complete Intermediate / A –Level.
Program Info
This Training Program opens doors to work in the exciting world of travel and tourism. It teaches the skill to use the passenger Air tariff (PAT) books. Explaining the fare construction steps, including mileage based air fares, analyzing itineraries and retrieving the fares from GDS. It will prepare you to plan efficient travel itineraries and reservations using knowledge of geography and standard industry coding. This course essential will build the career you have always wanted.
Course Objectives
An excellent customer service and virtual customer loyalty will become a successful travel advisor. Learn about fare rules, read interpret and use the GDS manually priced reservation. Advise customers on passport and visa requirements as well as the benefits of travel insurance. Provide a level of customer service that successfully builds customer loyalty. A combination of IATA modules with reservation systems (AMADEUS & GALILEO), which provide the benefits for those who are looking forward to launch their career in the Travel & Tourism Industry.
