This Data Collection Policy applies to advertising placed on the Learn Tourism as defined in this policy and as amended from time to time.
All data generated by or collected from Learn Tourism and its users visiting
the website is the property of Learn Tourism. Any use of the, including the
placing of advertisements to appear on any part of the Learn Tourism is subject to this Data Collection Policy.
Restrictions on Third Parties
No party may collect or use, or direct, authorise or assist other persons or
entities to collect or use, any data from a user, or a computer or device
operated by a user, while visiting the Learn Tourism for purposes of
retargeting, behavioural remarketing, or targeting any advertisements, segment categorisation or any form of syndication outside of the Learn Tourism without the prior express written permission.

The data covered by this policy includes, but is not limited to, data
collected via any advertising unit, widget, pixel tag, cookie, script or other
data collection process.
The Data Collection Guidelines and any other aspect of this Data Collection
Policy may be amended by Learn Tourism at any time.
Data Collection Guidelines
Overall Guidelines
Personal information will under no circumstances be collected by any data
collection method on the Learn Tourism.
All pixel tags, cookies, scripts or other tracking technology must be
disclosed to and pre-approved in writing by Learn Tourism prior to running.
The use of mechanisms that store data on, or retrieve data from the Learn Tourism, must comply with the relevant Learn Tourism property’s posted Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.
Cookie Guidelines
The billable tracking cookie and rich media tags of any rich media served
units must be submitted to Learn Tourism for approval prior to deployment and may not be implemented on the back end of the rich media tag.
Unless Learn Tourism approves a later expiration date in writing, all
cookies used in advertising campaigns must expire on the date that the ad
campaign ends and all other cookies must expire no later than 3 months after the date on which the cookie is stored.
Breaches
Where a breach of the Data Collection Policy or Data Collection Guidelines
comes to the attention of Learn Tourism or any of its related companies, the
breaching party must promptly destroy and certify the destruction of all data collected on the Learn Tourism including all historical data collected before the breach. This does not limit any other rights or remedies available to Learn Tourism in relation to the breach.
Learn Tourism reserves the right to revoke any approved data collector
certification and refuse any future requests.
